The Upper Klamath River is one of the best whitewater play grounds in the country! We want to supply rafting services to the rivers closest market the Klamath Basin. 

Currently there are some significant and heated water rights issues along with the relicensing of the dams.  We strive to be well edjucated in this political arena and are looking for a win win solution that benifits small business, farmers, salmon, and recreation.

All Oregon River llc is the parent company of Pelican Whitewater and Owyhee River Expeditions. We started oufitting in 2000 out of Eugene Oregon. in 2002 the company moved to Bend in order to target Central Oregon and become the only Klamath oufitter in the area.  Today we are still a small compay that focuses on small party trips that are well catered, intimate, and safe.

I have been guiding in Oregon since 1994.  My childhood vacations revolved around floating down rivers. At Oregon State University I majored in Environmental Science with a Minor in Geology.  I spent many hours studying river geomophology and fluvial systems.  I guess I am using my degree. I have planned and participated in 3 expeditions to the Grand Canyon of the Colorado River. I have also run the Middle Fork of the Salmon, California Salmon, White Salmon and Middle Owyhee.  In the spring I spend most of my time guiding on the Lower Owyhee.
